PAYMENT OPTIONS

Stripe

 

Stripe is a secure online payment processing and credit card processing platform. Unlike PayPal, Stripe is quick and easy. It allows you to make payments without creating your own account.

  • At the checkout page, please select Credit/Debit Cards as your payment method.

  • Please enter your card detail in the embedded Stripe form, and submit your order.

Manual Payments (Direct Deposit)

Alternatively, you may complete your payment through online banking.

  • At the checkout page, please select Manual Payments as your payment method, and submit your order.

  • After submitting your order, you’ll need to make payment of the total cost of your order, including shipping fee, directly to our bank account before your order can be processed for dispatch.

  • Please use your Order Number (provided at checkout) and full name as a reference against your deposit so that we are able to identify your payment. Feel free to contact us to confirm the details of your payment.

  • Your order will be dispatched promptly once we receive your payment. Orders are held for 7 days.

Shipping within New Zealand - We use NZ Post service for shipping. Please note that our shipping fee includes handling fee.

 

Small Items (e.g. Jewellery)

  • Economy (insurance up to $250, 2-3 business days), up to 5 items -  $8* (Nationwide), 6 to 10 item - $10*

  • Courier Non-signature (insurance up to $2000, 1-2 business days) - $13.50* (North Island), - $24* (South Island) 

  • Courier Signature (insurance up to $2000, 1-2 business days) - $16.50* (North Island), - $27* (South Island) 

 

Other Items - North Island

  • Courier Non-signature (insurance up to $2000, 1-2 business days) - $13.50* for the first 5kg in actual or volumetric weight,

     extra $12.50 for every additional 5kg in actual or volumetric weight.

  • Courier Signature (insurance up to $2000, 1-2 business days) - $16.50* for the first 5kg in actual or volumetric weight, $12.50 for every additional 5kg in actual or volumetric weight..

Other Items - South Island

  • Courier Economy Non-signature (insurance up to $2000, 2-3 business days) - $24* for the first 5kg in actual or volumetric weight,

     extra $23 for every additional 5kg in actual or volumetric weight.

  • Courier Economy Signature (insurance up to $2000, 2-3 business days) - $27* for the first 5kg in actual or volumetric weight,

     extra $23 for every additional 5kg in actual or volumetric weight.

*Rural delivery costs additional $5.

Shipping fee will be charged the greater of:

The actual weight of your order including packing material and a box, rounded up to the nearest 5kg, or the volumetric weight of the parcel containing your order, rounded up to the nearest 5kg.


Volumetric weight (kg), refers to the parcel’s height (m) x length (m) x thickness (m) and multiply this by 200. e.g. (0.5 x 0.4 x 0.3) x 200 = 12kg.

  • We will let you know when you can collect your order by an email. Please wait for an email confirming your order is ready for collection before visiting us.

  • Your order will be ready for collection in 1 business day.

  • Address for collection - 19B Queen Street, Warkworth 0910

  • Opening Hours - 11am - 4pm, Mon - Sat

  • Orders must be collected within 14 days from the date you are notified by email that your Order is ready for collection.

  • If your Order is not collected within this time, your order may be cancelled.
